1. Orders & Purchases

Add products to your cart, then follow the secure checkout steps.

For custom orders, it is also possible to place an order by contacting us directly.

Orders are printed on demand; please contact us immediately after placing your order to check if any changes are possible.

It is also possible to combine an order with another existing order on the website, provided that the orders have not yet been printed.

We accept payments through PayPal and Square, including Visa, Mastercard, and Interac.
VIP members can also pay via Interac transfer.

Our fabrics are printed to order. Average turnaround time is 3-5 business days before shipping.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Oui, Pour le Québec et l'Ontario la livraison est gratuite sur les commandes de 150 $ et plus.

Pour le reste du Canada : livraison gratuite sur les commandes de 200 $ et plus.

Improtant: Pour les régions éloignées, la livraison n'est pas gratuite, mais un rabais est appliqué sur les frais de livraison.

Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
3. Fabrics & Printing

All our eco-friendly fabrics are printed in our workshop in Lac-Mégantic, Artisan district.

No, it is neither recommended nor necessary.

Thanks to the high quality of our fabrics, shrinkage is minimal, with a maximum of about 3%. Fabrics can be used directly for sewing without pre-washing.

Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, and air dry or tumble dry on low.

4. Designs & Licensing

Yes, as long as the printed design has a valid commercial license.

No, commercial reselling our printed fabrics is not allowed without prior agreement.

Yes. Once the design is printed on the fabric you purchase, you are free to use that fabric for your own creations (clothing, accessories, home goods, etc.) and sell these finished products without any quantity limit.

Yes! We accept custom designs, but all submitted patterns must be approved before placing an order.

We review each files to ensure the quality of the pattern, and to verify that all licenses and copyright requirements are respected.

No. The original digital files (patterns, images, vectors, etc.) cannot be redistributed, shared, or resold. Only the physical product (the printed fabric) can be sold.

Yes. You can transform the purchased fabric however you like for your creations. The license covers the use of the fabric as a physical product.

Yes. The license allows unlimited commercial use of physical products made from the patterns (e.g., multiple garments sewn in different styles or sizes).

Yes. Upon request, we can provide you with a copy of the original license for the designs printed on your fabrics. This allows you to confirm the usage rights and ensures your creations fully comply with the license.

No. Our license does not allow the resale, distribution, or sharing of the patterns as standalone files, whether in digital or printed form. The patterns are provided exclusively for use on a finished product.

This means the patterns may be used to create garments, accessories, or other finished items for personal use or for sale, in accordance with the applicable license terms. However, reselling the patterns themselves, in any form, is not permitted. All use must comply with the terms of the current license.

On our new website, a new feature allows customers to select the pattern print size. To enable this option, some patterns from our exclusive collections had to be technically adjusted or modified.

As a result, slight variations compared to the original pattern size may occur. These adjustments do not affect the visual identity, quality, or integrity of the designs, but they ensure greater flexibility in printing and better adaptation to different sewing projects.

5. Discounts & Promotions

To apply the discount correctly, you must have a customer account and be logged in at the time of browsing and checkout. Discount links are linked to a specific customer account. If you are not logged in, the system cannot verify your eligibility and the discount will not be applied automatically.

Please make sure that:

  • You have created a customer account on our website.
  • You are logged in to your account before clicking on the discount link.
  • The discount link is still valid and meets the applicable conditions.

Once logged in, the discount will automatically apply to eligible products in checkout page.

Contact us with your order number, and we will correct it.
6. Returns & Refunds

Since all fabrics are printed on demand, returns are not accepted, except in cases of defect or error.

Send us a photo of the product and your order number within 7 days of receipt.
